POLICY IMPLEMENTATION
RTPL’s management team will prepare an annual strategic QA\QC improvement plan in supporting our efforts to reach zero faults. This plan will set forth QA\QC related objectives and the internal procedures to attain our desired goal.
The execution of this plan shall be the responsibility of all levels of management down to the field supervisor level. Each section, group or division shall be required to adhere to and operate under the internal procedures set forth within this series of guidelines and internal policies. Designated individuals within RTPL’s management team will carry out monitoring of the QA/QC program, through periodic reports.
We have strong commitment to strive for quality improvement and maintenance of the Quality System.
Security Policy
RTPL management considers that it is its prime responsibility to provide preventative and protective security in respect of the property and employees of Client, RTPL and its subcontractors and the general public.
RTPL shall ensure the security objectives, i.e. protection of life and property from fire and theft and prevention of unauthorized entry to the premises or construction sites.
RTPL shall also ensure full compliance with Client Security Policy statement and other regulations, and coordination of own security activities with Client and local police or fire authorities.
QUALITY Policy
RTPL’s philosophy is to continuously strive for excellence in delivering professional services. This commitment to quality service mandates use of a formal quality management organizational structure that sets minimum quality standards required to meet our client’s needs and expectations for quality, timeliness, cost-effectiveness and efficiency
Quality control / quality assurance has always been and will remain one of the main tools for achieving the goals set for the company. Our concept of QA\QC is to achieve zero defects by performing in accordance with the stated project specifications; thereby meeting or exceeding the Client’s job requirements.
